Thanks for all the advice I got last week when I hit the wall at 17 miles, I was a mess.....but I took your tips on board and found this weeks 20 miler a lot better, tiring, but no wall was hit!!
Now time to taper 👍

That's great news Estelle - and hopefully a confidence booster for the day - now trust in the read moretraining and don't do anything daft in the taper, good luck at Brighton - everyone goes into their first marathon not quite believing that adding 6 miles will be possible - but it's nothing like as hard as you imagine. Fuel well, don't go out too fast and most of all enjoy it :):)
I'm sure it will. Just don't go off to quick and all will be fine. If you can do 20 you can do 26. Best wishes with it.
