Cheers Ros , gave it a go this morning, (Danny Abshire) and found it a lot better , think I was over striding, thanks again.
If you are happy with your running at the moment Matthew and are not suffering from recurring read moreinjuries then it might not be productive to pay with your running form. But as so many of us are constantly trying to improve our performance you may find it interesting to explore whether some form tweaks might help you. I haven't read specifically about chi running, but am a big advocate of natural running in minimalist shoes, which is closely linked. Since switching to this form of footwear nearly 3 years ago and making the necessary form changes (and inevitable lower leg strength work required) my running has been transformed. One book I do recommend, which does refer to chi running, is 'Natural Running' by Danny Abshire. I do understand this form of running is not for everyone, but it does have a cult following 😀👣
