This delicious fruity breakfast is brilliantly easy to make and perfect for getting your week off to the healthiest of starts.
- 50g gluten-free oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 50g vanilla yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen work equally well)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- Simply mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. This can also be prepared the night before to save you time in the morning.
