  • 1 bagel
  • 50g low fat cream cheese
  • 50g smoked salmon
  • Slices of red onion - optional


  1. Pop your bagel into the toaster for 2-3 minutes.
  2. When toasted spread your cream cheese evenly, place on your smoked salmon and sprinkle with some red onion.
