Stay prepped with some low sugar granola in the store cupboard and high protein yoghurt in the fridge.
- 150g high protein yoghurt
- 30g low sugar granola
- Small handful nuts and seeds such as almonds and pumpkin seeds
- Fresh fruit of your choice
- Pop your yoghurt into a bowl.
- Dress with your granola, nuts and seeds.
- Top with your fresh fruit.
