Stay prepped with some low sugar granola in the store cupboard and high protein yoghurt in the fridge.

Serves 1 Prep time 5 minutes



  • 150g high protein yoghurt
  • 30g low sugar granola
  • Small handful nuts and seeds such as almonds and pumpkin seeds
  • Fresh fruit of your choice


  1. Pop your yoghurt into a bowl.
  2. Dress with your granola, nuts and seeds.
  3. Top with your fresh fruit.
