A great lunch if you're in a rush, packed with heaps of flavour. If you're a vegetarian, swap the tuna for 30g low-fat feta cheese or a soft boiled egg, chopped.
- 1 small tin of tuna
- 1 plain or wholemeal tortilla wrap
- 50g low-fat hummus
- Salad leaves
- Sliced pepper - optional
- Spread the hummus evenly on to your tortilla wrap.
- Evenly arrange your salad leaves.
- Open and drain your tin of tuna and spreading evenly onto your wrap.
- Roll your tortilla up and tuck in!
