- 1 slice of rye or wholemeal bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 eggs
- A dash of milk
- Salt and pepper
- In a bowl whisk two eggs with some salt and pepper and a dash of milk.
- Meanwhile slice half of your avocado into strips and place your bread into the toaster for 2 minutes.
- Scamble your eggs in a frying pan until soft and fluffy.
- Place your avocado onto the toast, top with your eggs and finish with some salt and pepper.
