This tasty breakfast bowl feels quite decadent but it's actually packed to the brim with nutrition.
- 50g oats
- 50g soya yoghurt or coconut high protein yoghurt
- 100ml soya, coconut or brown rice milk
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 pinch of desiccated coconut
- 50g chopped pineapple and mango
- Slice your fruit, leaving some as a topping.
- Mix the rest of your ingredients together into a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes.
- Add the rest of your fruit and tuck in.
