Can we run forvever?

Hi all,

My name is Sarah Hurcomb and in the last few years I have become a passionate running enthusiast!

I am currently completing my Masters in Health Psychology at the University of Surrey and based on my passion for running I am interested in exploring the enjoyment and benefits of running and physical activity of long-term health and well-being.

I am trying to get feedback from as many keen runners as possible so that I can fully reflect the popularity and enjoyment that is gained from running.

    suzie2902 I did mine yesterday Sarah. I think you will find I sleep a lot and don't worry bout running :-)

    I think you should have a box where people put their running miles, or level of ability. Because I am sure ultra runners and other more serious runners are thinking about and planning their fitness a lot more than me!
