Coming back after long break

Hi all need some advice here I used to do ultra running about 5 years ago I had join some 50k and 100k event but this few years I start running short distance maybe about 10k per week.I thought of joining a 100mile this year in October to give myself a break through do u guys think is it possible to start prepare now?

    Sharnie1 It's a big ask tbh - maybe a 50 miler or 100k?? - although you have done a 100k before don't read moreunderestimate how hard that extra thirty something miles are - but it's good to have a goal so pick an event - draw up a plan for the training and go for it - just build the mileage steadily and look after your legs 👍👍
