Increasing pace on a parkrun trying to get pb and I overload my quads so much I'm now quiting at 2 miles ! Seem to be going back over ( 50 year old runner 2+ years , half marathon is easier believe it or not , does anyone know would it be pace or the hills ? Working on glute strength but having no joy with that either
