This delicious fruity breakfast is brilliantly easy to make and perfect for getting your week off to the healthiest of starts.

Serves 1 Prep time 10-20 minutes

Vegetarian Gluten-free


  • 50g gluten-free oats
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 50g vanilla yoghurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g mixed berries (fresh or frozen work equally well)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds


  1. Simply mix all ingredients together and leave in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. This can also be prepared the night before to save you time in the morning.
