Serves 4 Prep time 10 minutes

Vegetarian Vegan Gluten-free

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 400ml light coconut milk
  • 1 mango
  • 2 apples/ 350ml apple juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 fresh pineapple
  • Juice of one lime

Method

  1. Place your chopped fruits, as well as your avocado into a blender.
  2. Add in your coconut milk and the juice of one lime. Stir and serve.
