There's no cooking required at all for this speedy lunch.

Quick hummus and tuna wrap

A great lunch if you're in a rush, packed with heaps of flavour. If you're a vegetarian, swap the tuna for 30g low-fat feta cheese or a soft boiled egg, chopped.

Serves 1 Prep time 5 minutes


  • 1 small tin of tuna
  • 1 plain or wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • 50g low-fat hummus
  • Salad leaves
  • Sliced pepper - optional


  1. Spread the hummus evenly on to your tortilla wrap.
  2. Evenly arrange your salad leaves.
  3. Open and drain your tin of tuna and spreading evenly onto your wrap.
  4. Roll your tortilla up and tuck in!
