A perfect brekkie, this twist on a classic avocado on toast recipe is the ideal pre-workout fuel.
- Rye bread
- A few slices of smoked salmon
- ½ avocado
- 1-2 tsps of chilli paste/sauce
- The juice of 1 lime (or lemon if you prefer)
- Cut the avocado into chunks and mash with a little chilli paste and a squeeze of lime or lemon juice.
- Spoon over a slice of rye bread and top with the sliced smoked salmon.
- Finish with some salt and pepper and an extra squeeze of lime.
