Super green breakfast smoothie

Packed full of vitamins, this smoothie gives you the boost you need in the mornings.

 

Serves 2 Prep time 5 minutes

Vegetarian Vegan Gluten-free

Ingredients

  • 400ml apple juice
  • 4 kiwi fruit skin on
  • 40 green grapes
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 green apples
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • Handful of fresh kale
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz.
  2. Serve in a chilled glass. Enjoy!
