Vegetarian Vegan


  • 50g oats
  • 50g soya yoghurt or coconut high protein yoghurt
  • 100ml soya, coconut or brown rice milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 pinch of desiccated coconut
  • 50g chopped pineapple and mango


  1. Slice your fruit, leaving some as a topping.
  2. Mix the rest of your ingredients together into a bowl and let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of your fruit and tuck in.
