  • Choose your own selection of fruits. Our favourites go a little something like this:
  • 1 diced banana
  • 1 kiwi chopped
  • 1/2 small tin of pineapple chunks
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 3 tbsp low fat greek yoghurt
  • A handful of almonds
  • A small handful of pumpkin seeds
