A quick, healthy morning fix, this blueberry bircher bowl is packed with vitamins and the perfect start to the day.
- 50g gluten free oats
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 60g frozen blueberries
- 100ml milk
- 1 banana
- A drizzle of honey
- Mix together and place in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Last minute add handful of fresh blueberries, some banana and chopped nuts.
