Serves 1 Prep time 5 minutes (+overnight)

Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 50g glutenfree oats
  • 50g greek yoghurt
  • 60g frozen blueberries
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 banana
  • A drizzle of honey

Method

  1. Mix together and place in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Last minute add handful of fresh blueberries, some banana and chopped nuts.
