Blueberry yoghurt smoothie
Any good athlete knows you can only train as hard as you can rest. On rest days its critical to still keep energy levels up and eat well without going mad and smoothies are the answer!
Smoothies on rest days are a great way of starting the day. Also getting in some fruit and protein, chia seeds are packed full of omega 3.

- 100g frozen blueberries
- 200ml milk
- 100g low fat greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Simply blend all together until smooth and enjoy.
